I was born and raised in Sheridan County, Montana. I am very active in the community. I served as president of the American Legion Auxiliary in Plentywood, Montana, and am currently serving as District President. I was appointed to the Advisory Board for Action for Eastern Montana. I am a past president of the Lady Elks, a current member of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer for the Angel Tree, and a past 4-H Leader and Sunday School teacher, plus other civic activities.
